PANJIM: The Vigilance Department on Monday suspended Deputy Director of Information and Technology (I-T) Department Pravin Volvatkar for submitting forged documents during his recruitment by the Goa Public Service Commission (GPSC).
Volvatkar was recruited a year ago. A Vigilance official said the officer has been suspended as the original documents submitted by him are suspected to be forged.
